Payment for delivery through this site is to the United Kingdom only. It will be posted Royal Mail second class with tracking. Packages will either be small or medium parcel size based on size and/or weight.
Local delivery in Bristol UK is free.
You do not need to pay any delivery costs for courses.
I can organise postage worldwide but it will need to be calculated on an individual basis and the final price adjusted accordingly. Please contact me via email for a quote.
All my ceramics are hand made and as such have a degree of variability in surface texture, finish and colour. I cannot give refunds unless the item is damaged in transit so please study the images well or ask for more photos if needed.
All goods will be packaged thoroughly and with care but if you receive and item that has been damaged in transit then please send me a photograph within 24 hours of receipt to my email address and I will organise a refund.
